On Time Home Experts LLC lets you request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. Use one of the options below — we process requests within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted

  • Account credentials and login
  • Profile, name, email, and phone
  • Messages and conversation history
  • Saved addresses and preferences

Retained (legal/tax)

  • Completed invoices and payment records
  • Tax and accounting records (as required by law)
  • Fraud-prevention logs

Retained records are kept only as long as legally required, then deleted.

How to request deletion

  2. Provide the name, email, or phone associated with your account so we can locate it.
  3. We verify the request and confirm your identity, then delete your data within 30 days.
  4. You'll receive a confirmation email at the address you provided once complete.
