• Program: On Time Home Experts sends appointment confirmations, reminders and scheduling updates to customers who have booked a service and agreed to receive texts.
• Message frequency varies, typically 1–5 messages per appointment.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To opt out, reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
• For help, reply HELP or call (972) 433-9636.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

Services are provided in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Appointment times shown to you are arrival windows, not exact start times; the technician will arrive within the stated window. Traffic, weather, and prior job overruns may affect arrival time, and we will keep you informed of any significant delay.

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment by calling us at (972) 433-9636. Please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer. Deposits, if collected, may be subject to our cancellation policy explained at the time of booking.

Estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate. Invoices are due per the terms printed on the invoice. For your security, card payments and deposits are processed by our office team or our payment provider, Stripe. We do not collect full card numbers in the App.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
