Information you provide

• Customer information: Full name, phone number, email address, and service address (street, city, state, ZIP code) when you submit a lead form, request a quote, or book an appointment through us, our advertising, or our website.
• Account information: For team members and staff who use the App, we collect name, email, role, phone number, and profile details provided during invitation or registration.
• Booking details: Requested service type, preferred appointment date and time, and any notes you share about the service you need.
• Messages: The content of messages you send us through Facebook Messenger, Instagram, SMS, WhatsApp, or other channels when you contact us about scheduling or quotes.
• Payment information: When you make a payment, card details are collected and processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Information collected automatically

• Lead source data: When you reach us through an online advertisement (for example, a Facebook or Instagram lead ad), we receive information from the ad platform such as your name, phone, email, and the campaign or ad that brought you to us, in accordance with that platform's terms.
• Usage and device data: We log basic technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, and approximate location derived from your service address for dispatch and routing purposes.

• To schedule, confirm, and complete your requested home-service appointment.
• To communicate with you about your appointment, including reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups via SMS, phone, email, or messaging platforms.
• To generate estimates, invoices, and process payments for services rendered.
• To assign the appropriate technician based on location, availability, and service type.
• To improve our services, customer support, and AI-assisted scheduling and communication tools.
• To manage our team, including assigning staff to jobs and tracking job completion.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below:

• Service providers: We share data with third-party platforms that help us operate — including Stripe (payments), Meta/Facebook and Instagram (ad lead delivery and messaging), Twilio (SMS and WhatsApp messaging), and our scheduling system. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.
• Assigned technicians: Your name, phone, and service address are shared with the technician assigned to your job so they can reach you and perform the service.
• Legal compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, our customers, or others.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Customer and job records are typically retained for the duration of the business relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter for warranty, support, and tax purposes. You may request deletion of your data as described in Section 5.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal retention obligations.
• Opt-out: Opt out of receiving marketing or non-essential communications by replying STOP to any message or contacting us.

Payment card data is handled exclusively by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

The App integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their policies.

If you access the App from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the App, you consent to such transfers in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated within the App where feasible.
